Hi! My name is Ray and doing some home makeover for the past few years when real state is still fine. I don’t get much project now a days and it’s only my wife has a full time job. We decided to get a house thru FHA and I don’t know where will I start on this Program. Am pretty much sure that I have a lousy credit, Do you think we may qualified to get a house for the first time? The most mortgage we can afford is $700.00~$750.00 including taxes and insurance.
Do appreciate your help if we can get a house for the first time.
Thank you,
ray
