Consumers want to know the person behind the business. They want to get to know the real you.

A viral sensation in every sense of the word.
So what about that post appealed to those Facebook fans? I may never know with 100% certainty, but I do know this. My decision to post that picture was completely gut based. It wasn’t about the amount of training I’ve taken or the experience I have – it was a go with your gut moment. A moment where I thought – hey, I like it – let’s see what they think.
